For next World Cup qualifier against Kuwait, K Rajagobal had called upon 4 new trainee. Gilbert Cassidy Gawing is one of them. Along with the likes of Khalid Jamlus. But in the expance of a few trainee, mainly, Wong Sai Kong.
After a mauling given by the Hong Kong national squad at Pahang three weeks ago, the national team is in for a revamp. An revamp is what Rajagobal is giving us. He is eyeing on 4 under-23 players to be called up to join the senior squad.
But the most important thing is that, Gilbert will once again don the national colour. Initially, Gilbert was call upon for centralized training when Rajagobal once appointed as care taker. But somehow he miss the cut. When you failed to make the team, and get another call up for centralized training, you must be doing something good then. Why he is not a regular in the national team, still baffles me. We got everything you need as a natural left footed winger. He can run, cross, shoot the ball, terrorise defence. But why he is not regular somehow lead me to the feeling of discrmination.
Why discrimination? Name one bumiputra Sarawak that is national regular? The name would go wayyyy back to Bobby Pian, and Affendi Julaihi. But as Wan Jamak Hassan once put it, "what good is your speed, when you can't bring the ball with you?" That describe Affendi's contribution to the national squad. Its a pity that Gilbert is not playing regularly for the national team. As he is one of the most hardworking player that I ever see. He'll chase for everything and everywhere.
I'm hoping that 'uchak' will make the team. This will add more to his experience and wil bring his footballing skill to another level.

5-0 it is...
Skuad under-23 Malaysia registered a convincing 5-0 against Tanjong Pagar, clubside from Singapore. Sujendran scored hat-trick. Suma gol nya 1st half. Followed by Mohd Ali ngan Haris Safwan. Lekak menang 2-0 lawan Maldives ari ya, kinek tok under-23 Malaysia dah menang 2 out of 2 dari series of friendly.
All these are preparation pakey Olympic qualifier yang akan start 3 March tok kelak. Lawan Iran. Giney giney pun team lain nampak kuat dari kita, atleast we give them a fight lah.
So after all preparatoin tok, arap - arap Allan Harris can prepare a team competetive enough for the qualifier.

Super League is taking a 2 weeks break. So no local league lah for this coming weekends.
Focus is given to under-23 pun team ngan senior team.
Under-23 pun team who are preparing for qualifier kinek tok tengah bz ngan latihan pusat. Already a trainee lambat mok melapor dirik.
As for senior squad, after a meeting between Ibrahim Saad ngan coach Malaysia at all level telah memutuskan, beberapa pekara.
First, sekda had umur bage mewakili negara. Unlike mula - mula marek, Karl Heinz Weigang madah for senior skuad yan akan go for World Cup qualifier, players dari team under-23 sik leh main. Jus for players over 25 years old. So after a dismall performance time lawan Hong Kong riya, langkah drastik tok telah di ambik. Its rubbish, according to Datuk Ibrahim Saad, that a good enough player tapi tegal nya lom cukup 25 taun gik nya sikpat wakil team senior.
Second is the most important one, K. Rajagobal, selaku coach national team ada kuasa penuh kinek tok dalam mengendalikan team senior. No more nya perlu report ngan Karl Heinz my-ass-Weigang.(aku gik juak marah ngan nya tok!!). So this prove to be very important. Sebab dalam match lawan Hong Kong riya, the first eleven Weigang has the final say. Not Rajagobal. Though Malaysia has a mountain to climb, atleast tok merik kelongaran dikit lah pakey Rajagobal menentukan nya pun best eleven.
As for my fevret team, Kedah akan dilawan 6 aribulan Mac kelak. Two weeks time is enough pakey Morgan prepare team. After 2 match 1 point jak Sarawak dapat from possible 6 menar - menar mengecewakan peminat yang give high hope to the team this season. But jangan kita lupak, sapa Sarawak lawan before tok. Sabah, finalist Malaysia Cup, Perlis, semi-finalist Malaysia Cup. So bukan calang - calang team lah.
Tapi mun kita pikir menar - menar nak, last season Sarawak adalah team paling last masuk Super League. Beating MPPJ after 2 leg playoff matches. Ya pun last minit header dari Sapian Wahed time last minit extra time. So kita patut sedar kemampuan team lain. Tapi tok bukan excuse Sarawak untuk perform terok nak?
So sama - sama lah kita tunggu match lawan Kedah kelak. In the mean time, just enjoy match melibat team under - 23 lah dolok.

Since aku sekda dekat UTP tok las weekend so no update lah dari aku for match Perlis ya. As for now sure result ya dah basik dah. suma orang dah tauk pasal match ya nak?
Wat I would like to comment kinek tok eh pasal Battle cry baru Sarawak. Tiap kali aku dengar pasal battle cry tok nak, sure aku teringat pasal game Battle Realm kah ya kah nama game ya? Kan ada battle cry lam game ya. Gago lah character game ya nerais, molah battle cry lah.
So the battle cry is "NGAP AJAK". Ngap ajak lah o. Rumours was strong yang Sarawak akan pakey balit Ngap Sayot. But at the match it was introduced to throngs of Sarawak fan kat Stadium Sarawak, Ngap Ajak it is.
Nasib bait sik kenak ngap time lawan Perlis. Perlis mantain a very very good track record against Sarawak. Especially for Phillamon Chepita. Scored again malam ya.
After this two week break, up next is Kedah. Kedah is wat fir referred as wounded tiger. Kalah duak kali dah. Bukan nasib lah ya kata aku pun osmet. Nang menar juak lah. Lawan Public Bank, they socred thrice tapi kalah to 4 goals. Lawan Penang, they scored once but Penang scored twice. Ya tunjuk dak nya boleh scored just defence is not doing their job.(READ:Goal Keeper)
Apa - apa pun two weeks break is a welcome for Sarawak though Morgan sik setuju. Tapi time lawan Perlis riya, duak orang player Sarawak injured. So dis two weeks di pakey nursing those injury lah.

Saturday looms nearer everyday...
First match Sarawak main home. The opponent, Perlis. Last season this team proof to be our nemesis. League alone 2 kali temu, FA Cup 2 kali, Super League qualifier 2 kali. 6 kali lawan Perlis. Match Sarawak lawan Perlis suma seri execpt for Quater Final FA Cup Sarawak kalah sigek match. Suma 6 igek match ya Phillomon-the-Crocodile-hunter-Chepita skor goal. Semua! So again this season nya dah start scoring dah. Nya skor in Perlis first match ousting Penang.
Sarawak need to win this one. As a morale boost. Kalah 3-1 ngan Sabah put a severe blow to the morale of the players and fans alike. Sarawak mungkin akan turunkan another import player pakey partner ngan Robert Eshun. Defender ya by this time, belum dapat gik ICT. Mun dah dapat ICT he will be starting lah.
I am expecting nothing less than a draw. Win is a bonus. Kalah, palis jauh lah. Realisticly Perlis is a very very good team. Norizan Bakar managed to assemble a far more formidable team compared to last season. So kita sama - sama tanga lah ari Sabtu tok.

Aku ada duak perkataan jak pakey Wei-my-ass-gang, FARK OFF!
Menar - menar kecewa aku ngan result Malaysia lawan Hong Kong. Adakah patut kalah 3-1. Ok lah aku ngakon yang Hong Kong was the better team. But for Weigang gago madah ngan orang, we are going to get full point ya lah molah ati aku sakit alu - alu. Full point my ass!!
Hairuddin Omar took a safer approach bila reporter tanyak pasal pendapat nya tentant match ya. Nya madah, menar Malaysia pernah ngalah Hong Kong 2-1 time qualifier dekat Hong Kong dolok. Tapi ya dolok. Hong Kong kalah only 1-0 to Japan time East Asia Cup riya. So to Hairuddin Omar, Hong Kong is no easy meat. But not to one particular German Ass. We are going to get full point. No disrespect to Hong Kong though, but we are a better team. Gik rasa kau. Fire him!!! We never need a technical director from German. Nya pernah bersumpah never to return to my beloved country. Jilat ludah dimpun kah?
Keeper nok nganti Azmin Azram nebes gilak. His blunder alone cost Malaysia the first goal. Kenak sik ngkah nok nang menar - menar ada experience. Tengku Hazman (not to say he is any better than Wong Sai Kong!!) was not even a starter. According to The Star, the first eleven, Wei-is-the-German-ass-gang has the final say, kamon lah Tengku Hazman the best local player last season pun M-League. Dalam footballasia.com pun ngakon Malaysia ada superior midfield power compared to Hong Kong. Due to the combination of Hairudin ngan Tengku Hazman which they describe as a midfield dynamo...huhu..mok nangis nyawa eh.
Sik cukup kah kenak anok team national aku. My beloved team national. Kata rumet aku,"..aku tak tau nak kata apa lah Zul..ngan Hong Kong pun kalah...". Kepak dah aku orang orang kedak kamek orang(read:Fir) defend team national bah. Giney kamek orang mok defend agik kinek tok?
3-1!! I'm not saying Hong Kong is any easy meat. Rest assured aku nang sedar, now there is never easy meat to Malaysia. Main kat Stadium Darulmakmur kah, Padang MMC kah, padang KSL kah, no such thing as easy meat. But to surrender so easily. Rajagobal have all my pity. Aku tauk nya kekurangan segala -galanya. So I'm not putting my blame on him. Neither to all the national player. Aku tauk some of them have not any competetive match for the national team for the last 6 years even. So I know what to expect. Tapi aku nang benar - benar geram ngan Wei-the-German-ass-gang. Ish, we don't need him! Not now, not tomorrow, never! Period!!
Weigang madah, the national team should be make out of ONLY 25 years ore over. Meaning to say, no Indra Putra, no Akmal Rizal. Sik amak kak ya, Ibrahim Saad pangkak balit, mun senior team is playing badly( like right now ) they will be call up to don the senior jersey. Giney ya? Giney a technical director pun point of view boleh berpangkak ngan Ibrahim Saad?
Next up, Kuwait and China. You guys do the math lah. Kita sama-sama tauk kemampuan team tok. But my hopes are undying. Sokongan masih padu.

3-1..The jinx seems to be continuing..
Sarawak kalah first Super League match. Although Gilbert set up a very interesting mood for the Sarawak camp, by scoring the first goal in the 9th minute. Goal nok Gilbert skor ya merupakan gol pertama yang di skor for Malaysian Super League.
Sabah hanya perlu 5 minit jak lagik mok skor equaliser. Josiah Seton capitlise dari corner. A set piece error again for my local team. Josiah Seton actually dikit gik sik main for Sabah. Contract nok nya sain pun is only for three months. But he do proved his fine quality, thus proving the Sabah management he is still the man for the job. To further stamp his mark in the team, he scored the leading goal in the 54th minute. Sebelum Seton skor gol ke duak ya, Ramles ada goal yang ruled offside. Unlucky I perssume.
Seminit lekak Sabah skor, Keith Gumbs rub more salt to the injured crocs thus knocking the wind out any come back plan from the visiting team. 3-1, gia lah skor ya stay sampey abis match.
Sedih nang lah sedih, but I never expect much from my team. Bukan sekda konpiden, but having Sabah as the finalist of Malaysia Cup last year, cukup mok madah keupayaan Sabah. Plus kita nang sik penah ada nasib lawan ngan Sabah kat Likas bah. Siap jak Perlis katok, just enjoy jak dolok kemenangan sulong against Pulau Pinang ya. Mark my word, you are going to get slay my fren!
Result nok paling menarik perhatian aku was Public Bank lawan Kedah. Being down 2-0 right after 4 minutes, Public Bank stage a dramatic comeback to win the match 4-3. Tough luck to Kedah, naib juara Liga Perdana last season. Dah lah kalah home game, a major blow to the 10,000 plus crowd nok actually datang. Kudos to Public Bank. Daknya actually send the signal loud and clear, being the only club side in the Super League, don't take us for granted. This team nang menar - menar intersting mok di tanga lah tok. I am going to follow the progress for the entire season lah. Masih terlalu awal mok padah pa - pa bah.
The dissapointing one is Pahang ngan Perak lah. After much hype surrounding the match, much hype surrounding the teams, what was witnessed last night, memang menar - menar mengecewakan. With Perak being the 2003 M-League Champion, Pahang the Real Madrid of Malaysia or better yet Malaysia B, they perform only moderate standard football. Sekda apa - apa nok boleh di bangga kan. Pahang lah nang menar - menar mengecewakan aku.
With 9 players being the natioanl players, the quality of football is an emberassment. For the entire match, Pahang had only one chance that actually look goal bound only for Fazli Shaari to head it so slowly back to the keeper's chest. Mid field was weak, sekda link lansung from the midfield half to Azizul Kamaludin ngan Hairudin Omar kat depan. Both the import yang Pahang turunkan fail to shine. Only the veteran of Malaysian football, Frank Seator yang menar - menar menyinar malam tek. Ada duak igek chances from Seator yang hit the post. One from a header and another a shot from a very very accute angle. The ball look goal bound only to be deny by the post. In the first half Seator ada free kick yang ditumbuk kuar oleh Azmin Azram. 0-0 was how the 'clash of the titans' ends. Much have to be think about the standard of football displayed by Pahang. Perak masih gik menunjukan yang daknya is still the force to be feared in the local footbal faternity.
Next up for Sarawak, Perlis. Perlis berbekalkan kemenangan 2-1 ke atas Penang, will be a very tough meat to deal with.

To Stadium Likas I give my full support...
Ari tok stat Malaysia's inagurual 'Malaysia Super Legue 2004'. While all attention was given to 'the' match, my uppermost attention lies nort of Borneo. Sarawak lawan Sabah.
Atas kertas aku sik boleh nak nulak lah, Sabah look more superior in every department. But bare in mind, how many goals Eshun scored last season. Meaning to say, nothing is imposible. Sarawak akan turunkan only Eshun as the other 3 orang gik player Sarawak, namely; Rodrigo Anderson,Fernando Manuel Co, and Kim Grant, lom ada ITC gik. Sekda ITC no play lah. Sama juak ngan Sabah, Sabah pun ada masalah ngan ITC.
Mun di ekot dengan keputusan - keputusan lepas, Sabah will have the upperhand. Menar juak lah, finalist Malaysia Cup bah. Beating the very team yang ousted kat Sarawak at Quater Final of Malaysia Cup,Perak, along the way.
Apa - apa pun, you have my full support. Malam tok lah sama - sama kita tunggu result match.

Now its official.
The 2nd and 3rd player dah di sign by Sarawak. Fernando Manuel Co (striker) and Rodrigo Anderson Silva(defender). Plus Robert Eshun, dah tiga orang dah lah pemain import Sarawak.
The team is still on the lookout for the fourth and final player dari China. A scouting team has been sent over there to look for players.
Menar juak kata Cassy eh, time team lain berebut ncarik player awal - awal dolok, James Morgan madah lek2 sap gam lok. Bah tanga apa jadi kinek tok. Lawan Sabah sok ari dah. Baruk setel marek. Ya pun baruk ada 3 orang player import.
Kali nya carik nok paling bagus kali nak. Tapi nang cerewet lah eh.

Sarawak kalahkan Johor FC 1-0. One of the player import nok tengah trial ngan Sarawak yang score. The score was tie 0-0 first half. Untill dying minute second half lah baruk foward Sarawak found the net.
Next up is Singapore under 23. Sempat ndak kah o. Dah lah lawan Sabah ari Sabtu tok. Kita sama - sama tanga lah.

7 days to go...
14 Febuari, Stadium Likas bakal menyaksikan penampilan sulong pasukan bolasepak favret Sarawak. Tapi sik kedak team lain, Sarawak masih juak belum ready ngan player import. Latest ada duak orang player Fernando dari Brazil (striker) ngan Rodrigo dari Portugal (defender). Aku pun dah stat takut2 juak tok eh. Bila lah lagik nak ready o. Ariya frenly lawan Public Ban kalah 3-0. Next up lawan Johor FC, Singapore unde -23 ngan Negeri Sembilan. Hope by then dah ada lah yang setel main ngan Sarawak.
Trevor James Morgan still waiting for Solomon Fifi kawan Robert Eshun dari Belgium. So will see about that lah kan. Watever it is, Sarawak will start with only one import on opener against Sabah at Likas next Saturday.
Ari Sabtu tok sesi bertemu peminat kat Kuching Waterfront. Also revealing of the new jersey for the entire season. So Sepul, do your part. hehe..

Ya lah kata - kata Tengku Ahmad Shah regarding FAM latest atempt mok naitkan taraf bolasepak tanahair. Why three years? Kenak sik kinek tok jak? Mun dipkir - pikir nak, yes he did a lot to the country. Tapi mun nya ambik kira performance Malaysian football as a whole lah nak, where he said that terok gilak performance and nya dah try everything tapi masih juak sekda improvement, kenak perlu tunggu 3 years? Kinek tok lah pok. Orang sik berani mok madah apa - apa ngan kau tegal kau anak Sultan Pahang. Kamon lah common sense lah nak? Macam Sultan Azlan Shah dalam Persatuan Hoki lah.
According to the deputy FAM president, this is his last throw of the dice dalam usaha mok naitkan tahap bola sepak tanah air. In 1989 when Malaysian League first turn Semi - Pro , that was the last time we saw a creditable sucess when the national team won gold medal dalam Sukan SEA. Untill now after 10 years of professionalilsm we can speak nohing but failure.
I'm not trying to be an old record player ulang - ulang benda yang sama jak. Tapi yang memang kenyataan bah. No worries, supporters like me is never out of hope. Tapi kamek orang maok juak kamek orang pun loyalty paid off kan? Mala jak kenak tetak member bila padah sokongan padu pada team Malaysia and not to forget Sarawak. Tapi sekpa lah, we are proud of our national team, my local team. Dari bermati - matian nyokong team orang bagus bermati - matian sokong team dimpun.
The last throw of the dice? Just try to imagine apa tindakan FAM lekak ya mun kali tok gagal? hehe..I'm not trying to paint negative thoughts here, tapi just a what if pun question. hehe...
But I have to say, till now I am very very impress dengan preparation team team yang akan main dalam Malaysian Super League (MSL). Everybody seems to out do somebody else. Berebut - rebut give foriegners trial and all. Which is good. With the opening match between Perak ngan Pahang akan main Stadium National Bukit Jalil, 70,000 crowd are expected. The match between the League Champion and the Real Madrid of Malaysia will sure attract the attention of many.
How bout my very local team? Sarawak? Entah lah. Aku tercarik carik jak news pasal team aku tok. The only thing I know, ari Sabtu tok ada sesi berjumpa peminat kat water front. Ya jak lah aku tauk. Launching the new strip. Hurm beli lah tok o. Fork out another 90 ringgit I perssume.

Kalah? Cayak kah isik boleh kalah oleh Perak. The very national squad yang akan ke Jepun weekend tok kalah oleh Perak ari Jumaat ari ya. 3-2 that was the score. Aku nang terkejut alu - alu kalah 3-2. Giney gaya ya mok ke Jepun. Bak kata edi mun dah giya bagus Jepun lawan Perak jak. Menar juak. Jepun wouldn't get anything mun lawan team Malaysia kinek tok. According to news report, lekak Saravanan equalise Perak pun lead, they became complacent. Rasa bes lah ya. Rasa malas nak main. Sebab ya lah kamek orang sik penah gago ngan the senior skuad because the under 23 pun skuad always (READ: All the time) give their best performance. Tanga lah giney rupa gaya o?
Second news was injury. Kenak team Malaysia sik alah - alah ada masalah injury. Both Nor Hafiza Zamani Misbah ngan Juzaili Samion is not healed yet. Pa nama ya dari Sukan SEA ariya belum bait - bait gik? Ari dolok Akmal was injured time frenly Kedah lawan NS Cempaka. According to The Star ari marek, a vicous tackle was laid upon him. O tedah. Maka jak frenly and for haven's sake nya ya jak lah harapan Malaysia mok skor gol! Coba lah cool down dikit o. Nama gik frenly. Eran ada aku eh. Ari tok tek ada orang baru dalam injury list Malaysia. Midfield Ace Indra Putra. According to Allan Harris nya pun injury jauh lebih terok dari Akmal. At least Akmal would be healed in time for match lawan Iran. But not Indra.
