How could I miss this? Lance Armstrong secured his 5th tour de France title in a row!. Shit man..how could I miss it?..huhuh...
good day all,
after 3 days of total internet blackout, I am doomed! Got nothing to do. Suddenlly towards the weekend, te new village where I am staying right now, faced a catostrophic network problem. Somehow, Village 4 and Village 3 are not connected. Having a LAN IRC server located at Village 3, student from Village 4 were having problem to connect to the world of LAN IRC. Already we were having zero internet connection, now the pleasure of LAN IRC was also gone! We were in the stage of what my housemate consider as 'sangap'.
Luckily everything is back to normal now. While the internet connection is ok, I should finish my add/drop duty ASAP. During the pass few days, I managed to catch LARA CROFT: TOMB RAIDER, CRADLE OF LIFE. The first movie was released if I am not mistaken, in the year 2001. I never like the first movie. Except for Angelina Jolie that is. ( Here is a bit trivia for all you Lara Croft fan outhere, for the movie Tomb Raider, Angelina Jolie had to put on extra padding to push up her breast size to 36 D where as the actual Lara Croft breast size is, 36DD !) So for the last few weeks since the trailer went out and all the posters were put up, I was actually intrigue to know how it looks like this time around. So, I got myself a pair of tickets at GSC Ipoh Parade. Funny how only GSC had that sneak preview slot. Having it on Wednesday night meant that the tickets was 6 ringgt each. The fact that the movie was Tomb Raider plus that it was shown on Wednesday equate to; unecessary horde of movie goers.
Me and my girlfriend arrived precisely at 11.45 ( we were watching Twins Effect before that ). Realizing the crowd, I was getting excited. As the both of us enter the cinema, we just cannot ignore the stench of wet seats and carpets inside the cinema. GSC Ipoh Parede always have this problem. Already half the cinema full with eager movie goers, the both of us look for our seat, and lazily sat down. (Already tired after watching the ever so boring Twins Effect)
So, the movie started with scene of Lara doing underwater scavanging, nothing new. Lara opening act was doing stunts with her jet ski. Hmm..the stunt double look too much not like Angelina Jolie.
So the movie goes on with the normal stuff. I am never good at giving comments or reviews. If you guys do want good reviews go to Nizam Zakaria - Limau Nipis . But I do want to comment on how the movie ends. Erm, *spoilers ahead*, I just don get it. Why the hell did the guy want to shoot himself? I just don't get it. Plus, there is no need for the director to show the soft part of Lara Croft. We dont need to know about Lara's love interest. We are all a big fan of the ruthless no perasaan Lara Croft. Thats about it, my poor atempt to do a movie review. I think I should try to bring along a notepad or something next time.hehe..
I was interested to read the news about Watson Nyambek on Sarawak Tribune. You can read all about it here. Here we have the national record holder for 100m sprint, who suddenlly had slump about three years back. Since he had the infamous fight with the MSN officials. He is trying to make a comeback. He is trying to have his spot in the 2004 Summver Olimpic in Athens. The KOAM put 10.37s as the qualifying mark. During Watson's golden age, that would not be a problem. But it is right now. During the previous Sarawak Open he clocked a mere 10.88s, way off his personal best. He is aiming to make a better time for next week Sabah Open. All the best for you Watson. ( AGI IDUP AGI NGALABAN! )

hi there,
after nearly a week of absence, finally the server is up...time for updates..
currently the new campus is nearly finished, so the lecturers rooms had moved from the new academic office to the new campus. Also the server has been moved, therefore there was no internet connection for the last few days. Tronoh now is hot as ever, but surprisingly, the amount of cold we are getting is almost as part with the amount of heat. The days now recorded 26 degrees celcius while the night register a 32 degree celcius heat, that is very very strange.
Since i moved back to campus, not that much reading was done. So no update, the only update that I have regarding the world of sport is from my brother, he keep on sending me updates with tour the france and the world swimming championship via SMS.
For the past few days, a lot had happened. Mainly, Man U missed again on signing big names. Now, Ronaldinho. As for now, for sure there was a lot written about the transfer so I would not comment more on that. But like Ferguson said, '..we need to draw breath..'. Ferguson is thinking of signing a few more players. You can read all about it here.
Last night I did a movie marathon of The Twins Effect and Tomb Raider with my girl ( sayang ktk,muah! ) The Twins effect, was quite dissapointing, but being a Kantoese Movie, not much can be hoped. Tomb Raider, hmm..what can I say, i never like the first one, except for Angelina Jolie (my god, who didn't?)

gooday all,
yesterday i didn't manage to post any update since I was suppose to send this PC of mine to UTP today, but, after my photography session last night, I found that my knees are just too weak to drive today. So I am going to UTP tomorrow.
As for sports update yesterday and today. Manchester United signed Tim Howard from the USA as their 3rd golakeeper in line. Beside the Barthez and Ricardo. According to Eurosport News yesterday, Howard is ready to challenge Barthez for the number one spot in the Man U last line of defence. Howard has also won 9 internation caps for himself and twice voted MLS keeper of the yar. Seems to be quite a bargain with such a stature.
Wherelse, Ronaldinho will complete his move to Man U wihin 24 hours. According to a French daily, PSG has agreed upon the transfer at the cost of £21mil. Also another Brazilian was associated with Man U. Namely, Kleberson. With all the rumours of Kleberson moving to Yokhsire side, Leeds United, suddenlly Man U was in the picture. Fergie was keen on signing these two Brazilian to beef up the already ever productive midfield. With the speculation of the arrival of Kleberson, the departure of Seba seems unevitable. But Fergie keep on defending his midfield maestro saying that since there is nothing concrete, everything is to deny.
After, uneventful 9th day on 'le tour de France, Lance Armstrong decided to stay with the pathelon and just finish on the 45th place, still to retain his yellow jersey. With the 10th stage won by Jakob Piil , the overall standing still see no changes with the leader. But Jan Ulrich, who Armstrong sees as his main challenger, is catching up with every stage that went through. The former tour winner himself, Ulrich now sits on the 6th place on overall standing.
This weekend sees the start of British Open. Already Tiger Woods are making the headline. After silencing his critics for his Tiger Slump with a tour win last week, Tiger Woods is still the man to beat in this year championship.

Today I went out to get a few DVDs and a few new PS2 game, also managed to get hold of a 64mb thumbdrive.
Nothing much happen in the world of sport. Its funny why you consider nothing much happened just because there is no football. To think of it there were a lot of stuff happened yesterday.
Lance Armstrong took the yellow jersey for the first time yesterday and retain it barely one hour ago when the ninth stage finished.
Ronaldinho is 'about' to complete his dream move to Man U on a 19mil pound transfer fee. Also there are romours of Chelsea bidding Seba for a rumoured 22mil dollar exactly half what Sir Alex paid Lazio to aquire his service two seasons ago. Also rumours involving Forlan swap deal to Real Betis for, get this, JUAQIN. The young Spanish midfield dynamo. If the deal really sees through, next season promised to be a very interesting season for Man U.
As the Premier 1 title is taken to the wire, Public Bank secured the Premier 2 title. They beat Kelantan SMKK to secure the first ever trophy for the bankers. Karamjit 'the flying singh' Singh is back in the title chase after he finished second using a borrowed EVO 7. As for a few weeks ago, Karamjit's title defence seems to be doomed as there was no money left to continue the race. Somehow, the team managed to squeeze a few extra million in order for him to continue. But due to the lateness, his car was not able to be sent to New Zealand.

hi there,
the connection was bad yesterday, god knows why. Yesterday was a very important day for the crocs as they were about to face Kelantan, in one of the last three game of the season. With Eshun and Irwady Jempaka suspended for collecting enough yellow card the crocs are heading for trouble waters. The only plus for the crocs was that Sazali Wahid is back after missing two matches due to his stiched hands.
With Kelantan sitting lowly on the 10th position, and Sarawak on 6th, it was suppose to be a stroll in the park for the crocs. But things are not wat it seems to be. With a 1-0 defeat Sarawak now seats on 7th place. Out of top 6 who will automaticly qualify for next season's super league. You can read the match report here.
Perak defeated the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in the inagaurall ASEAN Club Champioinship. With a well taken header from Indera Putera Mahiyudin and a late second from Setto was enough to end the challenge from the neighbouring club.
Rossi won the Donington Park Moto GP for the 5th consecutive time. After a bad start from the start go light that plummered him to 7th place. Majestically he rode pass one rider after another. Within 2 laps he was already stalking the back of Max Biaggi. Really it was great to see THE DOCTOR in work! But poor Mad Max. He crumbled under enormous pressure given by Rossi. He made a mistake and left a wide opening for Rossi to overtake. So another win for THE DOCTOR.

morning all,
left alone again..my sister went to work my brother went to suria to meet some old freinds.
Just now one of my friend phoned me and asked me about the tickets for Chelsea Malaysia encounter. Damn how fast time flew by. Next week will mark the start of the inagaural Premeirship Asia Cup, and I just might missed it. I got classes and plan next week..huhuh..miss the national team in action..wat a miss!
Tonight the crocs will face one of its last three game. Facing Kelantan at Sultan Muhamad IV stadium, if looking to current league positoin and the fact that Sarawak blast 5 goals passed the keeper the last time they met, the crocs will have a stroll in the park. But looking to current form and the depleted squat, things might not go crocs way. As Sarawak Tribune and The Star had reports, everything would be tough for Sarawak. Its hard to imagine that at one part of the season, the crocs are title contenders, now they are only considered as outsiders.
No updates on Ronaldinho transfer saga, Federer advance to second round , Petachi continues his good run in tour 'de france.

Terminator 3: Rise of the machine
The name truly serve the purpose. This is truly an amazing film with its very old fashioned approach of teling story. For those of you who have not watch the movie, stop reading here.
*spoilers ahead*
With all the action packed movie nowadays implementing 'that' technique introduced by the Warchowski brothers in 'that' movie, it is surprising to see why this movie didn't.
Especially the chase scene in the early part of the movie. The part when T101 trapped TX in the crane, man dat part rocks! I was surprised not to see the all too familiar slow-mo which was practiced in the recent action flick such as CHARLIE'S ANGEL and SWORDFISH (ok its not that recent but somehow that movie sprung in my mind the part when the hostage was blown to pieces ).
I was really thrilled throut the movie. With the short but very funny line (the part when T101 told John Connor that he have psychology as his sub programme was very funny), i couldn't stop laughing all the way through the movie.
The plot was simple. Someone was sent to the past to kill someone. Someone else who don't want that someone to suceed send someone to save someone from being killed. very very simple. There is no need for lecture from someone known as the architect, from someone known as mopheus. There is no need for complicated fight scene. No need for 100++ agent against 1 man. Jus sheer brut force. Bang here and there.
T3 was really enjoyable. I really enjoyed it. A LOT!

goo e'ning all...jus finish reading nizam's interview on aiz regarding blog. Really bsemangat baca.hehe..i want to do a proper blog after this.
so sold off my SB Live to guy by the name Lee this morning. A cool 60 ringgit pocketed in my wallet. I jus have to let go of that soundcard of mine. My PCI slots are full now. Thinking of getting a video capture card.
Tonight another cinema outing for me and my brother. T3! yeah the cyborg killing cyborg. hehe...but no James Cameron, no Linda Hamilton, and no Edward Furlong. According reports, Eddy Furlong who played the role of John O'connor in the groundbreaking T2, was having problem with drug. No reports on why James Cameron and Linda Hamilton was both saying no.
Got the tickets already last night while watching PALOH. Damn i hate that movie.
The past few days, i got to know with Nizam Zakaria of nizamzakaria.blogspot.com. I stumbled upon the blog while i was clicking thru the links. I read his reviews on albums and movies. Man dat man can write! Never before i read such a well written Malay article on the web. Feels like i was reading something from the local paper.hehe...u guy should check it out.
so ronaldinho finally might be going to Man U. After much speculatoin from teams courting his service i.e;Man U. Real Madrid,Barcelona, even Chelsea.( i still don't get it why they refer it as CHELSKI ) After Madrid said that they have done enough shopping already, it was said that Peter Kanyon put an addition to the intial bid towards Ronaldinho. It was said that Ronaldinho currently refused to go to training with his current PSG just bcoz he was not granted extra holiday since he was involved with confederation cup. hmm..wat an attitude...if he really moved to Man U and practice that kind of attitude, siap lah dia!

hi there all,
no time for update the whole day..i was sleeping the whole day long...las nite i went to bed at quite an early time, first thing in the morning have to send my mother to Chan Sow Lin, she was getting on the bus to KLIA. Making her routine trip to Miri. Then went back to sleep, around 12 sent my aunty to Chan Sow Lin again, also enroute to Miri. At around 4 send my father againt to Chan Sow Lin also again enroute to Miri.
I've planned to watch movie this whole weekend. First PALOH (shit i shouldn't have watch that piece of crap!) followed by T3 maybe i'll cap it off with Twin Effect. So got the ticket for Paloh at aroun 8.30pm to watch the 9.20 show at the ever so near TGV KLCC.
For those of you who don't know about this Paloh movie, it is one of the movie project funded by FINAS. Their first project was Embun, next was Paloh. I really looked foward to Paloh because with the current movie situation in this country the only genre that movie producers are thinking of doing is movie starring Erra Fazira. damn i hate stereotype. So with the help of Finas, it is hoped that there are variety in the local movie scene.
So my ticket got me a seat in the cinema number 12, as i enter the cinema i noticed the unpleasent smell of damp carpet and seat. Damn what a reception!
The crowd was quite large, so this is a good sign as local movie goers still give chance to local movie that is not love oreinted.
To cut the story short, dat movie sucks!...big time!..
Haiyaa...memang depressed. Kalo bukan org melayu tengok cita melayu sapa nak tengok kan? But the problem is, cerita melayu suck big time! cerita like this suck big time! kecewa dowhh..

i got tired of playng WE already. Imagine this, defeating Madrid 3-2 after trailing 2-0 after 1st half, then when it come to palmeiras..twice, i try to defeat them twice! kalah first game, reload again kalah. first kalah penalty, damn that Marcos is good! Next game kalah mutlak.
tomorrow i'm letting off my SB Live soundcard, first item sold thru lelong.com.my. That guys is getting it tomorrow morning. According to the papers, MAN U is ready to up the bid for Ronaldinho. Now the bid for Ronaldinho from Madrid and Man U is equal. It this report is true, then it is most likely that Ronaldinho finally going to Old Trafford.
Also a plus here. Kluivert is on to be sold at a price tag of 1.2mil...perghh..dat is cheap..but wait...don't get your hearts all exicited yet... he will only and will only move to a team that is able to pay a 100K pound a week! That is astounding! hmm...let us see where he is goin..hehe..financially only Man U is able to pay such amount of money.

just woke up..you consider waking up at 9 as early when everyday u woke up at 11..hehe..
last night i slept at almost 5 in the morning..can't help it just have to play Winning Eleven 6. I'm now in my division one in master league mode. Las night defeated Real Mardrid..yehaa..after trailing 2-0 after first half ends.
some changes in the m-legue table, with the crocs moving down to 6 position. Penang winning means it overtook the crocs. With both Perlis and Perak losing, the race for the title is still on. Most of the top 5 teams have played either one game or even two games more than the crocs.
If the crocs managed to scored wins in all the remaining games, it would take them right up the top three position. The best legue position in the last 5 years!
But according to the coach, no target change is going to happen since we are gunning for top six finishes.
Federer returns to his native alps to play in the Swiss Open only to be presented with a gift from the comitee members of the tournament. Which turns to be a cow! yes you heard me right, a cow!
Kewell's move to Liverpool was put to a halt due to a 'minor' financial detail. Other than that, not much change in the transfer speculation. Eh..how can i miss of reporting on the Ronaldinho transfer saga? His transfer to Manchester United might still take place since PSG is trying to get Portugese, Pauletta's singature.
Other than that, this week I'm going to setelle all my movie debts. With T3, Twin Effect and Paloh. So TGV, here i come!

just back from watching Charlie's Angel. hmmm...like what the reviews were saying..yeah it was a kick ass movie..action packed..if you throw your logic out the window, this movie will stand par with RELOADED and TWO TOWERS, action packed to the max...
but storywise..lame...hahaha..really i went in there..had a good laugh and went out filled with satisfaction..
next up twin effect and T3...reports from me later guys...
btw..no footy action from the crocs tonight..huhuh..so expect changes in the table league tomorrow..hehe...
yup....another update from me.
I went to pay my father's 'saman' at the Ibu Pejabat Polis Traffic. I never know where about of the police station so i took the lrt from Pandan Jaya to Masjid Jamek. Then have a walk to that area i.e; Jalan Tun HS Lee. Jalan punya jalan, finally after 30mins of walk i finally arrive at that place. I have to reprint the saman since my father has lost his. To my surprise, the actual amount that i have to settle with Polis Trafik is an escalliting RM300 a 100 fold of the original fine of RM30! I am not going to pay that amount of money to them. So what I did was, i went to see the traffic officer ask wether he can give discount to me since i am still a student. He can only give me a 50 % discount to the amount of RM 300. phew! nasib baik. so i pay him the money get everything setelled then start my walk back to Masjid Jamek LRT Station.
While walking I made a few stops at Dataran Merdeka to capture a few snapshot of the world's tallest flag pole and the Sultan Abdul Samad building.
That is all roughly what i did today. Tonight finally i have the chance to catch Charlie's Angel at TGV kLcc, so later tonight more updates.

morning all,
as soon as i got up from my bed i grab todays's The Star read through from one end to another. While doing so the Global X - Game is on air. Then it strucked me, it has been like at least 6 years since i first watch the x - game on tele. That was the period of time when 'gods' like Tony Hawk and Matt Hoffman used to rule the sporting arena.
Now there's still Dave Mirra or The Condor as the known him as playing his trade on the vert and street course. But he failed to land a 'bar-spin' a trick that according to the comentator 'a trick he can pulled off while he was sleeping'. That cost him the vert title.
Erm..i think that is all i have for my morning edition of blog. Have to go to the bank to setlle my lelong.com.my purchase.

I was playing my daily dosage of Winning Eleven 6 just now, just as my brother an I was planning our strategy to squash the challenge from Everton my father 'ordered' us to stop playing PS2 and switch to channel 4 on astro. DAMN! that stupd Akedmi Fantasia again. Shit!..hehe...so have to stop playing lah.
Yesterday my brother and I was playing the game from 10.30pm rite untill somewhere in the region of 4 o'clock in the morning..hehe...yeah we dig that game. Dig it a lot! After unclocking all the possible unlockable teams, we switch our attention to finish the Master League..the programmer of that game don't call it Master League for nothing. Damn its difficult man! Imagine this, the gave u a full roster of loser. Yup you heard it rigth losers! Players with an average rating of 60/100 to battle up with all the top team in europe which happens to be equipped with all the Zidanes and all the Shevchenckos. Slowly the both of us work our way up from division 3 to division 2 winning the tiny cup along the way. now we are stucked at division 2. According to my brother the both of us have too much of Winning Eleven a person can handel..heheh...so we decided to play other games for the time being.
So for those of you who don't know what I am talking about, welcome to the world of Winning Eleven. Konami's biggest farnchise of football title for the PS now PS2. It is by far the best game ever! Period! For those of you who thought that you guys are playing the 'best looking' football game outhere i.e. FIFA 2003, you guys don't know shit!
You should try this. Put your hands on this! Help yourself with a PS2 then get this tittle and be prepared to be overwhelmed.

some actually, Tiger Woods won again...ye haaa...he is back!...like what the sportcenter ( ESPN sports bulletine; for those of you with no ASTRO outhere ) has shown from its VT quote:"...you said that i'm in a slump?.." unquote. he is not in a slump. Finishing the Western Open with a 23 under leading the closest challenger with 5 stroke. Tying the course record first day round. Yeah he is back.
Also the Tour 'de France, yesterday was the first day. Not much i can tell you pepole here jus that Lance Armstron ( the defending champion for the last 4 tours ) finished well on 11th place. As usual he will make his surge once the tour hits the hills. He is gunning a record equalling feat of 5 tour over title. But the event on first day yesterday was marred by an accident at huge proportion happened on the last corner. Which even cost a rider a collar bone. I can't seem to remember what his name was.
hmm...that is all sports update i hav for you out there who are lazy to browse through any website or read any newspaper. all the latest sports update in the flash.

good morning...
